As our store gains more traction, our community of customers will also become a more desirable target for scammers. This is not a question of “if” but a question of “when”. We’ll do our part to maintain high standards of cybersecurity to protect our customers, but it’s also crucial for the whole community to be aware & alert.

Many scammers can go to great lengths to impersonate our official account to trick you - they will use our logo, create similar-looking handles/email addresses, and even copy texts from our website.

Be careful if anyone asks you to provide personal/financial info via email/DM - we will never ask you to do that. When you pay an invoice we send you or simply place an order, the transaction is securely encrypted by Shopify & we don’t have access to your financial information.

If someone tries to contact you via other sources and pretend to be us, it is very likely a scammer.
